BANGLADESH: Rahingya refugees in camps faces communication blackout

DHAKA: The Bangladesh govt has ordered to temporarily ban the mobile network communication in the Rohingya refugee camps citing National Security reasons. As per the report, many sim cards and mobile phones are bought illegally which pose a great threat to the Bangladesh’s National security. Many Human Right organisations has criticized the govt steps of imposing blackout on the refugees and urged to govt to not further isolate them.
